About Simon Wakeman

Simon is a UK-based consultant COO at Team Wakeman. He created Team Wakeman to help founders to scale their operations and create resilient organisations. In 2023 he the created the B3 framework® to help post-seed and series A technology businesses scale successfully at pace. He has significant senior leadership experience of organic and acquisition-based growth in privately held and UK-listed companies.

His 27 year career includes experience as a founder, MD, COO and non-executive board member of technology-focussed growth companies, including successful exits. Simon is also a trustee at The Caldecott Foundation and his non-executive experience includes technology businesses such as GreenShoot Labs, Deeson and OpenDialog as well as the not-for-profit social enterprise National Support Network CIC.

Team Wakeman works primarily with UK-based businesses or those with UK market presence. We're happy to work with remote/distributed businesses too.

What happens after the call?
